Learning how to affirm yourself - rather than being a victim - you're going to be a survivor using your own intentions to direct your energies to create your own reality. What you visualize in your head, you bring into fruition. Every soul has its own journey, and we're all energy. It's about using the energetic forces within us to work for us rather than against us.

With your unconscious as regulator, we use the intention to improve yourself.

Guided Imagery is nothing more than focused attention. It's also known as hypnotherapy, but the word hypnotherapy can be frightening. You might think it means you have no control or that you'll be made to do something silly you don't want to do - like quacking like a duck. That's just not the case. The unconscious, also known as the subconscious, is always in control. It's more like being so absorbed in a movie, that you're totally in the moment.
There are all different ways of helping people. Depending on what you need, I use a framework for what's going to help - in a way that will be beneficial for you. I use whatever modality is useful or optimal for you at that given time, so you can function effectively in your world and so you find inner peace and tranquility.

No magic words, merely suggestions.

I get into your space, see your anxiety and use my words to connect with your desire and intention to be calm and reduce your anxiety. If you really want to do something but have a block, and if you're willing to let your unconscious mind be available to you, then you can achieve your own positive intentions. Using a source of inner energy that innately tries to heal, we can accomplish stress reduction.
